Frylight Yorkshire Puddings

Using Frylight instead of solid fats to cook your Yorkies saves many calories and works a treat! Simply spray a cold muffin tin with Frylight and place into a hot oven for 2 minutes.

Pour your Yorkshire Pudding mix evenly into the muffin tin and cook for 20-25 minutes until golden and risen.  Serve immediately.

For a super easy low fat garlic bread use Frylight Garlic Oil spray on your favourite bread before putting in the oven.  You can even spray it on bread before going in the toaster for the ultimate garlic toast.  Don't forget to add a few sprays before serving for an extra garlicky hit!

Use Frylight instead of butter or margarine for crispy and golden toasties every time. Just spray your outer pieces of bread a few times before cooking.  Try in a sandwich maker too!

Bring a pan of water to the boil and then blanch the corn for 2 minutes.  Remove from the pan.  Spray all over with Butter Frylight and season before placing on to a hot griddle or bbq.  Cook for 5-10 minutes turning regularly.

Roast Potatoes

No goose fat required for your ultimate Sunday Roasties! Simply par boil your potatoes as normal then drain.  Whilst still warm spray liberally with Frylight to ensure they are coated.  Season to your liking and roast in a hot oven until golden and crisp.

Vegetable Crisps

For a delicious, wholesome snack use your Frylight spray to make vegetable crisps.  You can use any vegetables you like such as carrots, parsnips, beetroot, kale, sweet potato.  Use a mandolin to thinly slice your veg, lay out on a baking tray and spray liberally with Frylight.  Season with salt and pepper and roast in the oven until golden.  Leave to cool and crisp up.
