Payment:

Payments are made to us via PayPal, either by credit/debit card or your own PayPal account. PayPal offers a great deal of consumer protection and has it’s own dispute resolution service if any problems arise. PayPal has the resources of the Ebay organisation behind it and it is a very safe way to make payment.

Any failed payments may result in legal action.

We do not offer credit.

Delivery:

We aim to deliver purchases within 4 days maximum to UK addresses but this may (rarely) take up to one week. (Deliveries usually take 48 - 78 hours.)

We cannot be held responsible for late delivery but may compensate in any way we see fit at our discretion when notified of exceptional late delivery.

UK local area deliveries are made by Amtrak courier and may be delivered at any time of day up to 6.00pm - please ensure that someone will be available at the given address during these hours to receive your item for at least three clear days.

Delivery charges:

UK local area packaging, admin and delivery: This costs £7.99 for product value up to £18.00, £8.99 for value up to £100.00 and £9.99 for any higher product value. Shipments that exceed 10kg may have to be sent in several parcels. We will advise you of this before delivery. These tarrifs are automatically added when you check out.

UK Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland There may be extra charges associated with delivery to these areas - we will advise you.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT AIM TO PROFIT FROM TRANSPORT CHARGES. THESE ARE BASED ON CURRENT PUBLISHED PRICES.

If you are not at the delivery address when your delivery is made, the item will remain at your local depot for you to collect. Please contact us if you want an item delivered again. A charge of £7.00 may be levied by the delivery company for each re-delivery if the first delivery was not made due to non attendance at receiving address. If you are not relatively close to a delivery depot the charge may be several times this amount. Contact us if you want re-delivery.

Overseas:

Due to widely varying delivery charges, please place your order in the normal manner (as if it were for UK delivery) - we will contact you with payment details for the remainder of the shipping costs.

In addition to the details above, we reserve the right to pass on to the customer any unexpected extra charges associated with delivering an order. We will decide the best way to package your goods and may request you to pay delivery charges for multiple deliveries if order is too large to send as one.

Out of stocks:

If at time of ordering, items are out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail and given an estimated time of delivery - you may then choose to accept or withdraw your purchase by simply deleting your purchase information from the PayPal system. In the event of the PayPal system failing, you must request a refund by e-mail or letter within 30 days stating your name and order placed.

Shelf Life:

All products will have a mimimum of 3 months shelf life at time of dispatch.

Breakages/Non-Delivery:

We accept no liability for goods that are broken in transit but may, at our discretion, replace the goods at no charge. Please e-mail, write or telephone within 30 days to make a claim.
